Steps to Program Salus RT500RF or RT505TX

Salus RT500RF or RT505TX is a popular, stylish and exact programmable electronic thermostat. Program options are flexible with ‘easy to read’ LCD. It’s completely user-friendly. Important features of RT500RF are:

Here is a brief programming guide of Salus RT500RF or RT505TX:

For Default Programming or 5/2 Mode

  1. Users will get five different sets of time and can set temperatures for both weekdays and weekends
  2. Press the SET key when the RT500RF is in Normal mode for changing the default settings
  3. Press: program number 1 and SET PROG displayed on LCD
  4. Press  the UP and DOWN button and set program accordingly for weekdays and weekends
  5. Press SELECT to confirm
  6. Select time by pressing UP and DOWN button
  7. For putting it back to Program 1 press the SET key

For 7 Day Mode

  1. For reviewing or programming press SET key in normal mode.
  2. LCD screen displays program number 1 and SET PRO. Press  the UP and DOWN button and set program
  3. Press SET key during normal mode. It will take back RT500RF into Normal mode.
  4. Press  the UP and DOWN button for setting hour and time
  5. Press SELECT to confirm

RT500RF will automatically get saved is the buttons are not pressed within 15 seconds and exit to normal mode for both.
